
We are looking to bring a new Admin Assistant onto our team in a part time capacity
- Great opportunity to join the experienced Body Mechanic team and work in a fun, vibrant workplace.
- The role includes managing the front desk of our busy physiotherapy clinic, plus performing simple sales advice on instore products
- The admin role includes booking appointments, answering phone calls, ordering stock and some basic accounting tasks.
- Ideally you need:
- to have an interest / passion in cycling, running or triathlons
- have some experience working in a admin / reception role
- be able to work independently in the clinic at times, whilst also working alongside colleagues as part of a tight-knit team.
- be highly self-motivated, and capable of managing and maintaining general office admin
- The role will be based around 25-30 hours per week (Mon – Fri) out of our Milsons Point / North Sydney practice with some flexibility on actual working hours.
The ideal candidate needs to enjoy interacting with clients to arrange appointments, have good organisational skills, and have some experience with running and/or cycling.
This casual / part-time role will give you time to pursue your other passions while learning great skills in our highly regarded practice.
On-the-job training provided. Ideally, the candidate is available to start by June or sooner if possible.
