Welcome to The Body Mechanic. We are pleased to have you as our valued client. Before proceeding with our services, please carefully review the following terms and conditions:

1. Appointments:

– All appointments are subject to availability.

– Clients must schedule appointments in advance by contacting our clinic via phone or email or booking online.

– While same-day appointments may be available, we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot.

2. Cancellation Policy:

– Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

– Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee of $130.

– Cancellation notices should be communicated directly to our clinic staff via phone call or email.

3. Late Arrivals:

– We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. However, arriving late to your appointment may result in a shortened session to accommodate other scheduled clients.

– In such cases, the full session fee will still apply.

4. Payment:

– Payment for physiotherapy services is due at the time of each appointment.

– We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards, and electronic fund transfers.

– All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD)

5. Health Insurance:

– We accept health insurance plans from various providers. Please inquire with our staff regarding coverage and billing procedures.

– Clients are responsible for confirming their insurance coverage and understanding any co-payments or deductibles associated with physiotherapy services.

6. Treatment Plans:

– Our qualified physiotherapists will develop personalised treatment plans based on individual assessments and goals.

– Clients are encouraged to actively participate in their treatment plans and follow recommendations provided by our therapists.

7. Confidentiality:

– Client confidentiality is paramount to us. All personal and health information shared during appointments will be kept strictly confidential in accordance with privacy laws and regulations.

8. Feedback and Concerns:

– We welcome feedback from our clients as it helps us improve our services.

– If you have any concerns or suggestions, please don’t hesitate to share them with our clinic management.

9. Liability:

– The Practice Director and employees of this Practice shall not be liable for, nor shall they accept any responsibility for any injury, loss or damage sustained by any person or persons arising out of any of the treatments or procedures delivered in this Practice which does not arise from any negligent act or omission of the Practice Director and employees.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

– The Body Mechanic reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will be posted on our website and will supersede any previous versions.
