Ash is our administrative assistant.

She has had a passion for all things running since high school, having grown up in a triathlon-crazy family. She is now applying her interests as she studies to become a physiotherapist and exercise scientist. 

Focused on long-distance road running, her first half marathon last year on the Gold Coast was such great fun. She is eager to get a few more races under her belt before eventually trying her hand at the full 42.2kms… she has Berlin marathon in her sights. 

Ash’s role is to ensure that The Body Mechanic operates smoothly, to manage bookings and to answer any cycling or running related queries you might have.
