The Body Mechanic are excited to be teaming up with Blue Mountain Fitness this year to provide you with Ultra Trail Australia On-Course Training Runs.
We have 15 training runs you can join this year!
Train with experts on course for UTA 2020 to improve your knowledge, meet friends, learn trail tips and tricks and have fun!
Blue Mountain Fitness is one of only a few companies with a National Parks and Wildlife ECO PASS licence to carry out run training on the Ultra Trail Australia course.
They have highly experienced trainers who know the trails better than most.
In 2019 they trained 500 runners over the various distances of UTA with hugely successful completion rate. They are locals and know the course back to front!

2/2/20 – QV Hospital to Scenic World UTA22/ UTA50 Leg 2/UTA100 Leg 4
Distance Options 22km, 27km
New to the trails, or an advanced runner looking for tips and tricks?
Everyone will be catered for on these training runs.
We will have a minimum of two pace groups – The speedy “Hares” and the slower “Turtles”.
We will put on a third faster group – “The Gazelles” if needed. We can also put on a Walking group if required.
Training with qualified experts, new friends and old, these on course training runs are invaluable to anyone doing Ultra Trail Australia 2020
