Ultra Trail Australia On-Course Training Runs

The Body Mechanic are excited to be teaming up with Blue Mountain Fitness again this year to provide you with Ultra Trail Australia On-Course Training Runs.

Train with experts on course for UTA 2023 to improve your knowledge, meet friends, learn trail tips and tricks and have fun!

Blue Mountain Fitness is one of only a few companies with a National Parks and Wildlife ECO PASS licence to carry out run on-course training runs on the Ultra Trail Australia course.

They have highly experienced trainers who know the trails better than most.

In 2022, they trained 500 runners over the various distances of UTA with a hugely successful completion rate. They are locals and know the course back to front!

New to the trails, or an advanced runner looking for tips and tricks?

Everyone will be catered for on these training runs.

UTA course training run

We will have a minimum of two pace groups – The speedy “Hares” and the slower “Turtles”.

We will put on a third faster group – “The Gazelles” if needed. We can also put on a Walking group if required.

Training with qualified experts, new friends and old, these on course training runs are invaluable to anyone doing Ultra Trail Australia 2023.

If you have a group of six or more runners we can do a private run on the UTA course on any day of the week.

We are happy to discuss variants of any of these courses if you want different distances for your run.

We can also do 1 on 1 Personal Training on parts of the course or conduct a specific training session – stairs, hills, etc.
