The Body Mechanic is excited to be teaming up with Blue Mountain Fitness again this year to provide you with Ultra Trail Australia On-Course Training Runs.
These training runs are all scheduled to match the UTA Training Plan for 2025
Blue Mountain Fitness is one of only a few companies with a National Parks and Wildlife ECO PASS licence to carry out run on-course training runs on the Ultra Trail Australia course.
They have highly experienced trainers who know the trails better than most.
They are locals and know the course back to front!

BMF UTA Training 11km-24km – UTA11 course with optional extra stair training on UTA50/100 course.
Sunday 16th February 2025
UTA22 Course Training 18km-28km – Queen Victoria Hospital to Scenic World
Saturday 1st March 2025
UTA Stair Training + Kedumba 22km-34km – Cliff Drive start/finish
Saturday 22nd March 2025
UTA Night Run – Stair Training + Kedumba – 20km-40km – Solitary Restaurant start/finish
Saturday 12th April 2025
UTA Training Run 5-6 hours 20km-34km-43km
EASTER 2025 Weekend 18-21 April 2025.
The Blue Mountains is very busy during Easter and the traffic is full on.
It’s a rest week (Week 13) in the Locker Room 16 week program but with time off work and school you should use the time!

BMF can do private small group or ‘1 on 1’ runs if that works for you or if the dates above don’t suit you.

If the 100 Miler is announced we will announce more training runs to cover the extra ground the miler takes on.
New to the trails, or an advanced runner looking for tips and tricks?
Everyone will be catered for on these training runs.
We will have a minimum of two pace groups – The speedy “Hares” and the slower “Turtles”.
We will put on a third faster group – “The Gazelles” if needed. We can also put on a Walking group if required.
Training with qualified experts, new friends and old, these on course training runs are invaluable to anyone doing Ultra Trail Australia 2025.
If you have a group of six or more runners we can do a private run on the UTA course on any day of the week.
We are happy to discuss variants of any of these courses if you want different distances for your run.
We can also do 1 on 1 Personal Training on parts of the course or conduct a specific training session – stairs, hills, etc.
