Running Injuries Vs Running Niggles – what is the difference?

Mark recently contributed to an excellent article by Pip Coates who writes a regular blog in a number of newspapers, including the Sydney Morning Herald.

The article tries to determine how you can differentiate between a “niggle” which you can train through, or an “injury” which is going to need either rest, or at least some qualified medical help.
