5 Steps to Blackmores Glory


Our 5 step Blackmores package includes:

  • A running assessment – we will make some easy-to-execute adjustments to your running technique to maximise your efficiency
  • A biomechanical assessment – we will perform a full biomechanical screening of your body and prescribe the exercises which will help most to improve your running
  • Training Program – we will write you an 8 week individualised training plan to get you to the start line in the best possible shape
  • Training Runs – you can join our weekly Wednesday lunch time run over the harbour bridge to meet some training partners and learn more technique tips
  • Core Stability Class – you have the additional option to join our Strength and Stability class to improve your “core strength” and take your running to the next level (Monday and Wednesday 6:30am – 7:30am)
